1. Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    
2. After-School Program: Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    
3. Care Services & Transportation: Available by appointment and based on service plan needs.
    
4. After-Hours Support: Emergency line available after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends.
    

 Yes, our door-to-door Transportation Services cover medical appointments, school pick-ups, errands, and community activities. Available through Private Pay and Medicaid Waiver coverage.

 Yes. Our Respite Care Services give family caregivers peace of mind and time to recharge while their loved one is cared for by our trained staff. 

 The Adult Day Center is coming soon! It will provide social activities, wellness support, and caregiver respite. Updates will be shared on our website and social media.
