We ideally need 3 days notice, but can usually start care with 24 hours notice if requested.

Yes, we are always accepting new individuals to join our facilities.

Yes, you can attend our facilities during the day and have a Care Aide during the evening hours help you around the house and on weekends.

Yes, we provide transportation to and from the Adult Day Center.

We accept Medicaid waivers through the State of Indiana (TBI), formally known as (A&D) Health and Wellness Waiver under the age of 59, Indiana Pathways over 60-Humana, Anthem Blue Cross, and United Healthcare.  Private Pay – Check, Cash; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Am. Express

We send in a relief person with similar experience to provide relief.  The primary Care Aide can take time off when they want as long as they give proper notice to the Scheduling Department.  Sometimes the Care Aide prefers no regular time off.  If the Care Aide is ill, we will replace them quickly.  Once a Care Aide is placed, the client is never left without care.  (Exceptions when appropriate are short trips to the market or pharmacy)

Yes, we do short term care, called Respite Care, when caregiver needs a break or vacation.

Our rates are priced for a single individual, but we do have couple rates avabilble upon request.

Yes, Absolutely! We can offer care for 7 days a week 24 hours a day. We have different options to fit any indivduals needs.

Unfortunately not, our company is responsible for screening, hiring, managing and scheduling the Care Aides. If a client wants to change care aides for any reason, we will do so at no charge, as deemed necessary until your perfectly satisfied.  

We bill after services are rendered.  An agreement is entered into for services and an initial deposit is due upon signing the agreement. 

Yes we can accept weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments.
